The front door, not a brochure.
Brand and marketing websites built to be fast on a phone, editable by your team, and written in language a buyer can actually repeat. Structured for search from the first page.

Problem
shapes.
Your site looks dated next to the work you are actually doing.
Visitors arrive but rarely enquire.
The site is slow on a phone and you are not sure why.
Every content change needs a developer.
You are launching a new brand and need a site that matches it.
An agency built it, and nobody can confidently change it now.
What the
work covers.
A website that does the first meeting for you
Most people decide whether to contact you in the first fifteen seconds, before they read a paragraph. That decision is made on layout, pace, and whether the site answers the question they arrived with. We build the front door of the business rather than a brochure: the offer stated plainly, the proof close at hand, and a route to contact that is never more than one click away.
Writing that sounds like a person
The usual failure is language that could belong to any company in the sector. We cut the adjectives, name the work specifically, and drop the claims that cannot be substantiated. Specific sentences build more trust than superlatives, and they are easier for a buyer to repeat to a colleague.
Fast, because speed is a design decision
A page that renders in under two seconds on a mid range phone converts differently from one that takes five. Images are compressed and served at the right size in modern formats, scripts are audited rather than accumulated, fonts are loaded once, and layouts reserve space so nothing shifts while the page settles. We measure on the built site, not in a prototype.
Editable by your team, not by a ticket
Content is modelled so a non technical person can change copy, swap photography, reorder sections, and publish a new page without waiting on engineering. That means predictable layouts with safe constraints, so editing does not break the design on a phone.
Structured for search and for sharing
Semantic headings, sensible URLs, description metadata on every page, structured data where it earns rich results, a sitemap, and redirects planned so nothing 404s after launch. Open Graph images so a link pasted into WhatsApp or Slack looks deliberate rather than accidental.
Tested at four widths, not one
Phone, tablet, laptop, large display. Every section is checked at each width, with touch targets that meet the minimum, text that does not clip in the middle of a sentence, and no horizontal scroll. Most traffic is a phone held one handed, so that is the view we design in first.
What you

Written copy for every page, edited rather than generated
Responsive build tested at phone, tablet, laptop, and wide display
Content managed so your team can edit and publish directly
Image pipeline in modern formats at the right dimensions
Contact and enquiry forms wired to a system you own
Performance and Core Web Vitals pass on the deployed site
Metadata, structured data, sitemap, and redirect map
Analytics installed and verified with real events
Deployment, documentation, and handover
Asked before
engagement.
Do you write the copy or do we?
Usually we write the first draft from what you tell us, then edit it with you. You know the customers; we know what reads well on a page. That combination produces better copy than either side alone, and it removes the stage where a site stalls waiting for text.
Can you work with an existing brand identity?
Yes. If you have a logo, colour palette, and type specification, we build within it. If the identity is thin or only exists as a logo file, we will say so and propose the minimum additions needed for a site to look intentional rather than improvised.
What do you build it with?
Usually Astro with Tailwind for marketing and content sites, because it ships very little JavaScript and the performance is measurable. Where the site needs application behaviour, such as accounts or a customer portal, we build those parts with Next.js instead of forcing one stack to do both jobs.
Will I be able to edit the content myself?
Yes, and it is part of the scope rather than an upgrade. Content is set up in a headless CMS with fields that match how the page is laid out, so a change to copy or a swapped image is a few clicks. No markdown, no code, no support ticket.
How long does a site take?
It depends on page count and how settled the copy is. The variable is almost never the build; it is the decision making around content and structure. We set those first, because a site with agreed copy moves quickly and a site waiting on copy does not move at all.
Get a working prototype
before you commit budget.
Send us what you are trying to build. We will come back with a scoped technical sheet, a written proposal with every cost stated up front, and a free prototype of the core workflow so you can evaluate real software rather than a sales deck.
