We build software that businesses run on.
Custom applications, mobile apps, and content platforms for organisations that need systems to hold up under real load, for years, without a rewrite. Every engagement starts with a free working prototype and a written technical sheet before any budget is committed.
Seven disciplines,
one engineering team.
We do not resell templates. Each engagement is scoped around how your business actually operates, then built by the senior engineers who scoped it.
Custom Software Development
Bespoke platforms and internal tools designed around how your business actually operates.
Web Applications and SaaS
Full stack product engineering from data model to deployed interface.
Mobile Applications
Cross platform applications for iOS and Android with native level performance.
Content Management Platforms
Editorial systems your team controls directly, with structured content models.
API Development and Integration
REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and integrations that connect your systems.
Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps
Deployment pipelines, environments, monitoring, and cost control.
Maintenance and Long Term Support
Ongoing engineering, security updates, performance work, and feature development.
Something else
If it runs on a computer and your business depends on it, it is probably in scope. Describe the problem and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
Defined stages.
Not open ended discovery.
Most software spend does not fail on the code. It fails on execution, which is why engagements are structured around decisions and sign offs rather than experiments.
Free prototype
Before you commit to anything, we build a working prototype of your system at no cost. You see the interface, the core workflow, and how it behaves, not a mockup in a slide.
Technical sheet and proposal
Scope, architecture, stack decisions, timeline, deliverables, and a complete cost breakdown. Written, not implied. Nothing is billed that was not agreed in writing.
Build in cycles
Short iterations with a working staging environment throughout. You review progress in the product, not in a status report.
Quality gates
Functional, performance, and security testing before anything reaches production. Named review points and sign off criteria.
Launch and handover
Deployment, monitoring, architecture documentation, and a documented handover. The code, accounts, and intellectual property are yours.
Long term support
Named engineering lead, defined response times, continued development as your business changes. Launch is the midpoint, not the finish line.
Outcomes we are
hired to deliver.
Prototype first means scope is settled before the build starts, which removes the rework that consumes most project timelines.
Delivered across web applications, mobile apps, commerce, and internal operations platforms.
Every engagement carries a written proposal with the full cost stated before work begins. No surprise invoices.
Repositories, cloud accounts, and intellectual property transfer to you from day one. No vendor lock in.
Proof before
payment.
A free prototype before development begins
You evaluate working software rather than a proposal document. The core workflow of your system, built, running, and in front of you at no cost. Most firms ask for a discovery fee to produce a slide deck. We would rather show you the system.
A technical sheet and written proposal, every time
Scope, architecture, stack decisions, timeline, deliverables, and complete cost breakdown before development starts. Nothing is left to interpretation and nothing is billed that was not agreed in writing.
No hidden charges
No discovery fee disguised as something else, no scope added quietly, no invoice that surprises you after delivery. What is in the proposal is what you pay.
Senior engineers throughout
The people who scope your project are the people who build it. No account layers, no juniors learning on your budget, no handover between the pitch and the delivery.
You own everything
Repositories, cloud accounts, and intellectual property stay yours. Every project ships with architecture documentation so a new engineer can pick it up without a knowledge transfer fee.
Domain depth,
not generic delivery.
Banking and Finance
Payments, onboarding, and risk tooling that answers to auditors as readily as to customers.
Healthcare
Clinical workflows, patient records, and scheduling systems handled to the standard regulators expect.
Logistics and Supply Chain
Tracking, routing, and warehouse systems that keep freight and data in step.
Education
Learning platforms, assessment tools, and administration systems shaped around how people actually study.
Retail and E-Commerce
Storefronts, inventory, and personalisation wired to move revenue rather than clicks.
Real Estate and Property
Portals, listing platforms, and operations software built around how property is actually transacted.
Before you
commit.
What does the free prototype actually include?
A working build of the core workflow of your system, running in a browser or on a device. Enough of the real interface and data model that you can judge whether we understand the problem. It is not a clickable mockup or a design comp. If the direction is wrong, you have lost nothing and you owe nothing.
What is in the technical sheet and proposal?
Scope of work item by item, the architecture and data model, the stack we recommend and why, the timeline with milestones, assumptions and exclusions, the full cost breakdown, and the support terms after launch. Everything that will be billed is in that document. Nothing appears later that was not agreed.
Do you have hidden charges?
No. The proposal states the complete cost of the engagement, including integration work, testing, deployment, and handover. If scope genuinely changes during the build, it is priced in writing and approved by you before any work starts. There are no maintenance fees, licensing fees, or retainers that appear after signing.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repositories sit in your organisation from the start, cloud accounts are created under your ownership, and intellectual property transfers on payment. We do not hold your system hostage behind a platform only we can operate.
Can you work with our existing development team?
Yes. We take on the architecture, the hardest parts of the build, or a specific workstream alongside your engineers. Several clients use us as the senior layer above an internal team, which is often more cost effective than outsourcing the whole project.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Access control, data handling, and backup strategy are decided at architecture time rather than patched in afterwards. We build to the requirements your auditors will ask about, and we can deploy inside your own cloud environment where regulation requires it.
Can you take over a project that has stalled?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We audit the existing codebase, document what is salvageable and what is not, and give you an honest assessment before proposing a path forward. Sometimes that answer is to continue. Sometimes it is to rebuild. We will tell you which.
What size of engagement do you take on?
From focused internal tools through to multi month platform builds. We are a senior team, so we take on work where engineering judgement changes the outcome rather than work that a template could have solved.

Send us what you are trying to build. We will come back with a scoped technical sheet, a written proposal with every cost stated up front, and a free prototype of the core workflow so you can evaluate real software rather than a sales deck.
