If you have an existing stack or a house standard, we work in it. No lock in, no vendor dependency.

How We Work

Proof before payment.
Every time.

Most software spend does not fail on the code. It fails on scoping, communication, and costs that surface after work is underway. Each stage below removes one of those risks.

01

Free prototype

We build the core workflow of your system and put it in front of you, running, at no cost. Real interface, real data structure. Not a mockup in a slide.

02

Technical sheet and proposal

Scope, architecture, stack decisions, timeline, and the complete cost breakdown. Everything that will be billed is in that document.

03

Build in cycles

Short iterations on a working staging environment you can access throughout. Progress visible in the product, not in a status report.

04

Quality gates

Functional, performance, and security testing before anything reaches production. Access control verified at the data layer.

05

Launch and handover

Deployment, monitoring, architecture documentation, and a handover session. Repositories and accounts already in your ownership.

06

Long term support

Named engineering lead, defined response times, continued development as your business changes. No lock in.

For Agencies

You win the client.
We build the software.

A white-label engineering partner for agencies that sell software they cannot build in house. Under your brand, with NDA on every engagement.

Common Questions

Before you
commit.

The questions decision makers ask us before an engagement begins.

Ask something else

What does the free prototype actually include?

**A working build of the core workflow of your system**, running in front of you. Real interface and real data structure, **not a clickable mockup**. Enough that you can judge whether we understand your problem before any development budget is committed. If the direction is wrong, you have lost nothing and you owe nothing.

What is in the technical sheet and proposal?

Scope item by item, the architecture and data model, the stack we recommend and why, the milestone timeline, assumptions and exclusions, the complete cost breakdown, and post launch support terms. **Everything that will be billed appears in that document.**

Are there hidden charges?

No. The proposal states **the complete cost**: build, integration, testing, deployment, and handover. **There is no discovery fee, no unstated retainer, and no line item that appears after signing.** If scope genuinely changes, it is priced in writing and approved by you first.

Who owns the code and the data?

**You do, from day one.** Repositories are created in your organisation, cloud accounts under your billing, and intellectual property transfers on payment. **We do not build platforms that only we can operate.**

How long does a project take?

Focused internal tools often ship in four to eight weeks. Applications with multiple user roles, integrations, and reporting typically run two to four months. You get a **milestone timeline** rather than a single delivery date, so progress is visible throughout.

Do you work with our existing team or codebase?

Yes to both. We audit what exists, document what is salvageable, and tell you honestly whether **extending or rebuilding** is the better path. Several clients use us as the senior layer alongside an internal team.

How do you handle security?

**Access control is enforced at the data layer** rather than only in the interface, **secrets live in a managed store** rather than the repository, dependencies are scanned and patched on a schedule, and backups are tested rather than assumed. **Security is decided at architecture time**, not patched in afterwards.

What happens after launch?

**A named engineering lead**, defined response times by severity, scheduled dependency and security updates, and continued feature development as your business changes. If you later take engineering in house, **the documentation makes that handover straightforward**.
