Product engineering, not website engineering.
Full stack web applications and SaaS platforms built from the data model upward. Tenancy, permissions, billing, and performance decided at architecture level so the product grows without a rewrite.

Problem
shapes.
You need a product with real users, roles, and data, not a marketing site.
Your current application slows down or breaks as data volume grows.
A prototype was built for a demo and now needs to become a real product.
You are launching a SaaS and need multi tenancy, billing, and permissions done properly.
An existing platform is technically sound but nobody can extend it safely.
You need to replace a manual process with a shared online system.
What the
work covers.
Product engineering, from data model to deployed interface
A web application is a product, not a website with a login. It has users with different permissions, state that must stay consistent, data that must remain correct under concurrent use, and an interface that has to stay fast as the records grow. We engineer both halves together rather than treating the backend as plumbing behind a design.
Multi tenant SaaS platforms
Separate organisations, shared infrastructure, strict data boundaries. Tenant isolation, per organisation configuration, seat management, and billing are decided at schema level, because retrofitting multi tenancy into a single tenant build is one of the most expensive mistakes in software.
Dashboards, portals, and booking systems
Client portals, customer dashboards, appointment and reservation systems, internal reporting views. Built with the reporting and export needs stated up front, since dashboards quietly become the most used surface in the product and the hardest to add later.
Billing, subscription, and payment flows
Plans, upgrades, proration, invoices, tax, failed payment recovery, and webhook handling that stays consistent when a network call drops halfway. Payment logic is where quiet revenue leaks live, so it gets built and tested deliberately rather than wired up in a sprint.
Performance that holds as the product grows
Indexes chosen against real query patterns, pagination everywhere it matters, caching at the right layer, and background work moved off the request path. We load test against realistic data volumes rather than the ten rows that exist on launch day.
Built so a second engineer can join
Typed interfaces, consistent patterns, clear separation between business logic and presentation, and documentation that explains the reasoning rather than restating the code. Whether you hire in house or stay with us, the platform does not depend on tribal knowledge.
What you
receive.
Product and data model specification agreed before build
Authentication, authorisation, and role based access control
Multi tenant architecture where the product requires it
Full application front end, responsive across real devices
Payment and subscription integration with webhook handling
Admin console for your internal operations team
API layer for future mobile or partner integrations
Automated test coverage on critical paths
Staging environment with realistic seed data
Deployment pipeline, monitoring, and error alerting
Asked before
engagement.
Do you build SaaS from scratch?
Yes, from the data model upward. That includes tenancy, authentication, permissions, billing, and the operational tooling your internal team needs. We also take over partially built platforms when the foundation is sound.
How do you handle security in a web application?
Access control is enforced at the data layer rather than only in the interface, inputs are validated server side, secrets are managed in environment configuration rather than the repository, and dependencies are audited. Where a client has compliance requirements, those are stated at architecture time.
Will it scale if we grow quickly?
The architecture is chosen to scale predictably. We avoid premature complexity, but we do avoid the decisions that are expensive to reverse later, such as data models that cannot be partitioned or logic that assumes a single server.
Can you integrate with our existing CRM or ERP?
Yes. Integration work is scoped explicitly rather than assumed, because third party systems vary enormously in quality. Where an API does not exist or is unreliable, we build the adapters and retry behaviour that make it dependable.
Who owns the platform and the data?
You do. Repositories, cloud accounts, and databases are set up under your ownership from the beginning, and the intellectual property transfers on payment.

Send us what you are trying to build. We will come back with a scoped technical sheet, a written proposal with every cost stated up front, and a free prototype of the core workflow so you can evaluate real software rather than a sales deck.
